The organization is involved in disaster relief, promoting tourism and establishing food and clothing banks. Hindu Sena Nepal also focuses on the conservation of natural and cultural heritage runs rehabilitation centers and collaborates with national and international bodies to support the underprivileged, ensuring access to education, food and shelter for all.
